Safety and Cleaning Protocol - Please Read In Entirety

The following information is important for the health and safety of everyone in our arena.  Please take the time to read the information below and be fully familiar with the procedures outlined.

We will follow the health department COVID-19 guidelines for employees in the work place.

All areas inside the arena will be consistently sanitized and cleaned. Please use the hand sanitizer provided within the arena and keep your hands away from your eyes, nose and mouth. If you touch them, wash your hands. When off the ice, wear a mask at all times. 

Please be considerate of others. Please do not enter the facilities if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or are not feeling well. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we ensure our facilities are a safe environment for all. 


  1. Skaters will be allowed to enter the facility 10 minutes prior to their scheduled ice session. Goalies may enter the building no more than 15 minutes prior to their ice session to put on their skates and leg pads in the designated SKATE ON area. Skaters will be allowed to enter the building one at a time (or one family at a time). Please form a line outside spacing 6ft apart upon entering the building.
  2. One (1) parent/guardian per player 18 years of age or younger are permitted in the facility.
  3. All skaters and guests entering the building must wear a mask at all times (INCLUDING while on the ice) and adhere to 6ft social distancing.
  4. All skaters must be fully dressed in all equipment upon entry and exit. There will be a designated "SKATES ON" and "SKATES OFF" area for optional use. We encourage all skaters to arrive with skates and skate guards on whenever possible. All locker rooms are CLOSED. 
  5. Please ensure to fill water bottles before entering the facility. There is no sharing of water bottles and they cannot be refilled inside the arenas.
  6. If you or someone in your party are sick or have experienced any of the following symptoms please stay home: tickle or soreness in the throat, a running nose, coughing or sneezing, persistent headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, diarrhea, muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell, temperature above 99.5 degrees, nausea or vomiting, or other possible COVID-19 symptom. When in doubt, stay home. 

Additional Procedures

  1. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. If you do touch them, wash your hands immediately.
  2. Follow appropriate respiratory etiquette, which includes covering your mouth completely for coughs and sneezes. Sticking your mouth in the joint of your elbow is the preferred method.
  3. Follow the procedures directing the flow of people and other limitations on where you can be off the ice.  
  4. No spitting on or off the ice.
  5. All guests and skaters must wear a mask at all times in accordance with public health guidelines unless they have a health condition that prevents them from wearing a mask in which case we suggest you remain outside the arena.
  6. Once your ice session is over skaters must immediately proceed to exit the building.
  7. All warm-up activities should take place outside the arena.
  8. Skaters will not be allowed to change clothes after skating and will not be allowed to shower.
  9. Each person in the arena is responsible to maintain social distance of 6ft at all times. 
  10. Skaters will not share jerseys or penny jerseys or other equipment at any time.
  11. No high fives or handshaking.
  12. Use good judgment at all times and please adhere to current arena policies.
